FAQ’s
What is Confidential Waste?
Confidential waste is defined as any personal information that can be used to identify individuals. This includes their name, address, contact numbers, or financial data.
e.g. Bank details, Payslips, Invoices/quotes, Letters etc
What areas do you cover?
Our paper shredding service including free collection (minimum 5 sacks) is currently limited to the Wyre Forest area – Kidderminster, Stourport, Bewdley etc. We can cover areas outside this but please contact us for delivery/collection costs.
Do I need secure disposal of my confidential waste?
We’re afraid so! As of 25th May 2018, General Data Ptotection Regulations (GDPR) was introduced to all businesses within the EU for the secure disposal of all confidential waste.
If your confidential information is leaked it is a breach of the Data Protection Act 2018, which can lead to disciplinary action including a fine of up to €20 million or 4% of turnover (whichever is greater) in extreme cases.
When will you collect our confidential waste?
We will collect all your confidential waste at a date & time to suit you (excluding weekends).

Easy, just email us at sales@all-docs.co.uk or call us on 01562-630073 and we will arrange a pick up to suit you.
What happens to my confidential waste once it's collected?
Once collected by our vetted staff, your documents will be taken to our secure shredding unit in our GPS tracked vehicle.
These units are security patrolled, fully alarmed with 24hr CCTV in operation for complete peace of mind.
How well is it shredded?
All paper is shredded to Level 4 Security standard. Level 4 is recommended for highly sensitive documents and personal data, subject to high protection requirements. All the paper that is shredded is then recycled.
What can I put in the sacks?
All grades of paper, including magazines, folders, diaries, cheque book stubs, even cardboard. You don’t even need to remove the staples.
How big are the sacks and how much weight will they hold?
The sacks are approximately 80cm x 50cm and will hold approximately 20kg (44lbs).
After collection will the sacks be opened?
No never!! Neither will they be left in a vehicle overnight.

After your sacks have been collected and sent for shredding a certificate of destruction can be sent to you via email or in paper form if required.
